Our Shipping Approach

Kelvioren™ focuses on practical car accessories designed for modern daily driving. To improve fulfillment efficiency and avoid unnecessary inventory buildup, some products may be shipped through selected production partners and fulfillment facilities.

This shipping model helps us:

  • Offer practical automotive accessories at accessible prices
  • Reduce unnecessary storage and excess stock
  • Deliver products through a more efficient supply chain
  • Support a more streamlined order-to-delivery process

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Every Kelvioren™ order is prepared with attention to handling, inspection, and packaging before dispatch.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order preparation before shipment.

Busy Periods
During holidays, promotional events, or other peak shopping periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee
We currently charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Because orders may be fulfilled through different shipping partners, arrival times can vary depending on destination.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details.

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after the shipping label is created
  • Early tracking delays do not necessarily mean the shipment is not moving
  • Some international carrier updates may appear less frequently while the package is in transit

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For international deliveries, orders may be shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

This means:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility
  • Kelvioren™ is not responsible for customs-related delays after the shipment reaches the destination country
  • Import requirements vary by region and are determined by local authorities

For many smaller automotive accessories, additional charges may not apply, but policies differ from country to country.


5. Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly so that shipments can move out without unnecessary delay.

If you need to:

  • update your shipping address
  • correct order information
  • request a cancellation

please contact us at service@kelvioren.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

After an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to help if there is a shipping issue.

Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives with damaged contents, please email us a clear photo of the product and packaging within 72 hours of delivery. After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.

Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost during shipment, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
