5. Exchanges

We do not process direct product swaps in every case.

If you would like a different item, the usual process is:

6. European Union 14-Day Cancellation Right

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

To qualify under this right, the item must:

  • be unused
  • be in resalable condition
  • include original packaging where applicable
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase

This EU right applies where required by law and exists separately from our general 30-day return policy.


7. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the return is approved:

  • your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

Please keep in mind that your bank, card provider, or payment platform may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
